OH NO! My Palm is getting full!!!

The easiest way to free up memory is to use the file manager that (probably) came with your palm. If your file manager lets you sort by creator, just look for the BT97 files. If not, you can get a free one here.

Your data files have names like "050520-12:55.pdb" and "050520-12:55a.pdb" if you used my default naming convention (year,month,day-time). You won't have the "...12:55a.pdb" files if you didn’t record behaviors on the map. You can use the file manager to remove these files. You should also remove the TrackDb.pdb file otherwise the program will think all the data files are still on your palm. A new TrackDb.pdb file will be generated for your new data.

IMPORTANT!!! In your palm user area, transfer your data files and the TrackDB.pdb files to a new directory if you plan on putting them back on your palm for any reason. Otherwise, the TrackDb.pdb file will be overwritten on your next hotsync. Your old data files will NOT be lost, so this might not matter to you (doesn't for my research, but I don't want you to have any surprises).

If you intend on keeping your existing maps on the computer, don't remove the LandDb.pdb file or your files with a map (you gave them a name). If you want to keep the prefs (timers, etc.) for Track, don't delete TrackPrefs.
