Detailed Download Directions

1) For this example, you click on the "Download" hyperlink:

2) Tell the information box that you want to Run from the current location and click OK.

3) Answer YES to the security code question.

4) Click OK to start the install.

5) Accept the default directories by pressing the button.

6) Press Continue.

7) Click Continue again, if necessary.

8) Accept any othe default questions and your program will be installed. NOTE: This will not fix the internet problems! You have to start the programs from the start menu, then flip back and forth between internet explorer and the program. If the program doesn't run or install properly, you probably had a bad download. Try again.
