Gas Masks

You may want to supply a mask for your significant other. You'll find that if she wears the mask the entire time you're in the shelter, you won't hear much of her constant yammering, bitching, and complaining. If she begins to contribute significantly to your cabin fever, you can always give her a used or contaminated canister. |

Don't forget your pets; at least the larger dogs since they are as valuable as a weapon after you leave the shelter. A large dog can be very intimidating! Cats, bunnies, and small dogs can should be sacrificed at the beginning of the emergency to be used as a potential food source. |

When venturing outside, a full moon suit provides the best protection, but the newer suits are in short supply. Instructions for making a rudimentary moon suit can be found here. If wrapped with plastic and duct tape, this should provide some level of protection. |

![]() A blow-up doll can be cut open and supplied with a zipper. You can slip the doll on like a pair of overalls. If you wear a gas mask you'll be safe from a biological or chemical attack! |
