Running with Scissors

Scissors are usually at or near a place where they will be needed. In stores, you find them near paper that may need cutting or in or around cloth that needs to be shaped into something useful. Running with scissors moves them away from the place where they most likely will be needed and you're likely to forget to return them to that place.
