Bugs were dosed with either water (control) or 10^-6 malathion

Dosing Procedure

Ladybugs movements were recorded in batches of 12 animals. Half were controls, the others dosed.

Final data analysis of a small sample of ladybugs (c=control, m=malathion-dosed). Note that dosed animals have higher activity than the controls. The Mann-Whitney test is highly significant (p<0.00001)
