The First thing to try is
pressing the alt-"Print Screen" combination.
That will copy the entire screen to the clipboard. You can then paste
it into a word document. If that doesn't work, try this Screen Capture Program:
It will capture anything on your screen. Set the timing, then click the capture button. Switch to the program/ internet page/ whatever you want to capture using ALT-TAB or click the taskbar program at the bottom of the screen. The entire screen will be captured and saved as the indicated file. NOTE: If you do more than one screen capture, make sure to change the name of the file. Otherwise, this'll just write over your previous files. Use any paint program to crop the full screen to the area of interest. You can use Microsoft Paint to crop the image instead of showing a full screen.
A downloadable version of this program can be found here. Save this file to a directory on your computer, unzip it, and run setup.
